Back and going to work =(

YOZ I AM BACK!!!!
=)
Is nice to be home, sleeping on my own bed and showering in my own bathroom.
The only night I slept comfortably was the stay in Macau,
the hotel is LUXURIOUS and really WOW.
The smallest room they have is a SUITE, omg!
I can't imagine how the other rooms look like.

THe room we stayed..

the comfy big bed

THe weather in china and hk is WOW!
COLD AND WINDY!!!
I have to wear 2 long sleeve and a jacket on the outside during the last few days.
The temperature was between 12 to 18 degree celsius, SHIOK!!!
THough cold n having to wear very thick, I like such kinda weather!!!! =)
Something which I can never experience in singapore.
My cousins said it is nice to have only 1 season in singapore etc...
Ironical rite... They like our weather here while most of us prefer theirs.

THe only miserable part about their weather was during the night in HK.
I slept on the upper deck in grandma's room, which was right beside the window.
And grandma doesn't close the window at nite and when the wind blew, it was CHILLED!!!
THe blanket and long sleeve shirt I wore were of no use...

My previous trip back I mentioned about the fierce and unfriendly cat in my grandma's house.
THe cat is still there, together with a puppy! Both under one roof haha.
THe puppy is super duper cute and lovely!
ANd it likes me too :p
ALways came to me when I sat on the floor, and automatically climbed onto my lap instead the rest.
So sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.....

Alright...
Will post in details soon....
Going back to work tml.. pathetic.
Nite!

On leave~

Went to watch Saw 5 with CF, tracy n Liz few days back,
and seems like there will be Saw 6 coming.
Lesser gruesome scene in Saw 5, but nice plot it has.

Next day meet Ming to town and had Pasta at a newly opened shop at Wheelock.
Chose the corner sit with a 'call bell' as our view was hidden by it's structure- n the bell is for our convenience to seek the waitresses attention..
I have to answer call bells at work, and now is time for others to answer my bell :p
Fair-ness.

And it rained heavily yesterday.
We were drenched while walking back to far east car park.
He looked tired when he drove back, and the question popped into my mind.
I asked him would it be nice if I do have a driving license too,
so that I can share his burden at times?
At least when he is tired n sleepy after duty, I could take over his driver's seat while he rest his eyes...
SOunds pretty nice too =)

But with so much things coming next yr, getting a license is the last priority in the list.
- Planning to go Taiwan or Australia (newly added by CF) in May
- Degree application in July
My top priority! =)

Told ming I intended to study degree next yr, and he said I have his full support :)
But it might interefere our plan to go Thai in Dec next yr then :(
I am not keen to spoil any oversea plan with my loved ones.
ANy way to have both??

Today attended Min's ROM in a temple- our 1st time witnessing buddhism wedding custom.
The couple had to walk down the aisle- smiliar to church solenmisation,
and a buddhist lama presides over the wedding.
WEnt to Party world after the ceremony with Cf, Liz, Tracy n Cindy..
Jay Chou rocks the whole room down haha!

More snapshots when I return next week =)

I finally packed and stuffed my clothing and necessities into the luggage tonight.
It is going to be a rush trip as we r going to several places within 10 days... SHIOK!
ANd I am already missing someone.
If only ming could come... =(

Changed

I guess I am difficult to get along with as I grow older.
Now, socialising is a chore to me.

Studying

While looking through the websites for information on nursing degree, I realised I am not keen to study yet.
I just want to have more time n fun after work to spend with boyfriend and friends,
than using my only free time to stress myself in books n exams.

But after some serious thinking, I convinced myself that I do NEED at least a degree to survive in this pathetic country which judges our worth with the certificate we hold.

The last long break I could remember was last yr when I went to Thailand.
And finally, I am having 2 weeks leave after a long wait,
I deserve it =)

After work today went to golden mile with ming and bought coaches ticket to Malacca =)
And the hotel reservation we made online is also confirmed, double joy.
Now I just have to hope n plead my ward sister will grant my requested off days in December...

Impromptu travel plans seem to work better all the time.
N I seem more eager to go M'sia with ming than HK without ming.
Haha. If only I could have both.

Was telling my colleague to keep me update when I'm away....
Hardworking employee I am ya :p

I love to work!

I am looking forward to work these few days because of 1 person.
My colleague said I am crazy.
I think I am. haha.
*Infatuation*

Ward Dinner

Apart from receiving $200 choice voucher, we had buffet dinner at Rivervale Hotel tonight as part of our post JCI appreciation.
Because it was non-halal dinner, mostly were the chinese that came.
However the muslims make-up dinner would be at Grand Hyatt next week, even nicer =p

A station gals

Many came..

n more...

'Tag u in facebook', we said.
No need for bluetooth if u own a facebook now -_-''''''

Car Accident

Lucky or unlucky?
My 1st time involved in a car accident in the middle of CTE :(

It was supposed to be a nice morning with ming coming over to my place after his overnight duty to have breakfast together.
And he was sending me to work when the mishap happened.
Not much of physical damage but according to ming, it might be costly despite the small dent of the other party's car. SAD.
But very lucky the car was moving at a slow rate as we were caught in a jam, thus no one was injured.

Hope the outcome would not be that severe.... *pray hard for him*

Ministry of Sound's gone

MOS is closed!!
I seemed to be late in updates...
Only to realise today when sis mentioned of going to St James next month,
and I asked 'y not MOS?', she said it was closed.
I said incredulously 'nah.. impossible... everyone goes there now'.
But it is true when I went online to find out more!
MOS has shut down!

I'm sad =(
I don't like zouk,
I don't like st james.
I only like going to MOS.
Looks like Zouk is going to be full house every Wednesday n weekends with 1 club down.
SAD!! =(
I can't wait for the next roaster to come =)
